The International Investment Group, Inc. (IIG) provides clients with investment and financial advisory services for domestic and international projects. IIG assists clients to source and arrange debt and equity financing and sell and purchase assets (M&A).

 

IIG was incorporated in 1993 and has served as the corporate entity for much of the Financial Advisory Services provided by Ron Flax-Davidson and associates.

Through IIG, and as a leader of multiple in-house financial teams, Mr. Flax-Davidson has partnered with clients to arrange over $4 billion in debt and equity financings, develop, acquire and divest corporate and infrastructure assets, and restructure and refinance domestic and international transactions.

Projects have come from various sectors, including Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Power, Real Estate and Mining.
